  1. Size Issue: If you have received a garment and it doesn't fit as expected, we understand the inconvenience it may cause. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please follow the steps below:
  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the garment to initiate the return process.
  • The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Return the garment to us within 14 days of contacting our customer support team.
  • Once we receive the returned garment, we will inspect it and process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
  1. Damaged Cloth: We take great care in ensuring that our garments are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged garment, we apologize for the inconvenience and offer the following resolution:
  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged garment to report the issue.
  • Provide clear photographs showing the damage to our customer support team for assessment.
  • After verification, we will guide you through the return process.
  • Once we receive the damaged garment, we will inspect it and process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence.
  • Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the garment is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

We strive to process all refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned garment. However, please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
